ProperMax (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the ProperMax real estate platform available at propermax.com and through our mobile apps. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through the platform.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, profile photo (via Google Sign-In or email/password registration).
• Usage data: properties viewed, searches performed, collections created, and voice queries (used to personalise results).
• Location data: approximate GPS location when you use “Find Properties Near Me” (only with your explicit permission).
• Analytics: page views, session duration, and click events via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, subject to your cookie consent.

3. How we use your data

• To authenticate your account and sync saved searches across devices.
• To power AI property recommendations and voice search.
• To send you property alerts and notifications you have opted into.
• To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, we process personal data on the following bases:

• Contract: account creation and service delivery.
• Legitimate interests: fraud prevention and platform security.
• Consent: analytics cookies and marketing communications — you may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time using the cookie banner or by contacting us.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Profile screen or by emailing privacy@propermax.com.

8. Third-party services

We use Google Firebase (authentication and database), Mapbox (maps), OpenAI (AI responses), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy.
